Club Run to The York Motor Show

About the Event
For those of you planning on attending the York Motor Show, Sunday the 19th of September, each vehicle participant/attendee must complete an entry form – click here to download. This event is being organised by the Veteran Car Club of WA, Inc (York Branch) and their insurance cover requires that each individual needs to apply. Please download the form, complete and email the form to the organisers.
On the day, we plan to meet at Centrepoint Midland Shopping Centre (Train Station end) to depart at 8.00am. Upon arrival in York and in the proximity of the Motor Show, let a Marshall know that you are part of a Car Club and you will be directed to the Club display area.
If anyone would like to enter for awards, etc., then you can register separately on the day at the registration desk in Avon Park. Judging also includes ‘Best Club Display’, which will be registered by Bridget upon arrival. Judging will be completed by 1.00pm and awards will be presented prior to 2.30pm. However, the area for Club displays will have easy access and vehicles can leave at any time without having to go through road closures.
